Body Mind Systems® is a comprehensive martial arts training system that teaches eight martial arts that encompass foundations of all the martial art styles. The mental benefits people have gained from this training are immeasurable. We provide the edge that people need, now more than ever, to have the confidence to rise in the toughest of times. Many of our staff have been teaching for over twenty five years and keep quality control within the schools. This keeps the movements strong and intent of teaching students, our main focus. We teach three external styles: Kong Su Do (tae kwon doe), Udo (jujitsu & judo), Chin Na (aikido/hapkido) - three internal styles: Kung Fu, Bagwa Zhang, Tai Chi. We specialize in the teaching of18 Weapons (ship pal gye) and Samurai, (the sword and mind set). We offer adult and children classes with flexible hours and very dedicated instructors.
