Billings Paint & Hardware is one of the longest-standing businesses in Belmont Shore. Present owner Doug Billings is third in the generational line of owners. Not an inch of floor or shelf space goes to waste at this 2nd Street fixture. It would be hard to find a home repair or hardware need that would go unmet after a trip to Billings. Paint supplies, however, do slightly dominate the stock. The sales staff is also very adept at offering credible advice on do-it-yourself projects.
