B&K Rentals and Sales, based in Upper Marlboro, Md., was established in 1964 and specializes in state-of-the-art bleacher seating systems and staging materials. B&K was chosen as the provider of stadium seating and staging for the special Olympics in 1995. B&K assisted the special Olympics organizers in the earliest stages of development and provided support throughout the event. The company has also served five presidential inauguration celebrations, more than 25 years of NationsBank tennis classics, 20 years of National Cherry Blossom Festival parades, 10 years of Grand Prix auto racing at the Meadowlands and other tennis and golf tournaments nationwide. B&K has also assisted respected universities and colleges in events throughout the year. Some clients include University of Virginia, George Washington University, University of Maryland, U.S. Naval Academy and Johns Hopkins.
