Austell Primary is a small, but mighty school with a great deal of community support. For events like the school's annual Fall Festival, PTA members, teachers and staff turned out to help and show their support, along with the school's partner in education, Austell First United Methodist Church and students from South Cobb and Pebblebrook high schools. Because of the school's community involvement, students with perfect attendance records are rewarded with new bicycles, which are provided by community sponsors. The deserving students also celebrate with ice cream dance parties.
