Dr. William A. Chapman Elementary School serves more than 800 students in prekindergarten through grade five. Founded in 1976, it is a part of Miami-Dade County Public Schools, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools. Dr. William A. Chapman Elementary School s staff includes classroom and resource teachers, teaching aides, specialists, reading coaches, special education coordinators, and cafeteria, clerical and custodial personnel. It offers a range of general academic and extracurricular courses. The school also conducts sessions in bilingual education. In addition, Dr. William A. Chapman Elementary School organizes several fundraising events and activities for students recreation. It is located in Homestead, Fla.
