Founded by former All American swimmerAdrienne Mattos in 2007, the Aquatech Swim School is housed in the Mariner Square Athletic Club on Alameda's West End. Aquatech offers classes for all levels of swimmers with a focus on small groups. Students advance up the ranks from tadpole to orca in a carefully-designed system for skill development and a summer intensive offers opportunity for more concentrated lessons.
