Simply Hot Yoga Wellness Center is a collaboration of a hot yoga studio and wellness center. Along with providing a variety of hot yoga classes, the studio also provides wellness services such as massage therapy, infrared sauna therapy, FORMOSTAR infrared body wraps, nutrition and personal training services.
