Since 2008, owners Dong and Maria Seo have made specialty sushi rolls at Sima Cafe. They note that the great quality of their rolls comes from using only fresh ingredients, and they are known in the area for the Sima house roll and their homemade tea. The Seos are very welcoming and always greet customers with a smile.The restaurant is decorated in earthy tones and has a very tranquil atmosphere.
