Contribution options
Electronic transfer of funds monthly - This option is encouraged and provides the most flexibility for spreading out payments of your contributions. Ask for a Debit Authorization Form to fill out when you get your application. This option is currently available only for monthly dial-up contributions.
Check or money order annually - Checks must be made payable to RollaNet for the amount due through November 30. We will email a payment reminder in November of each year, at which time the full annual amount will be due for the upcoming year, which starts each December 1 and ends each November 30 of the following year. Please see the application for the amount due the first year. Important Note: Read the Refund policy below if you choose this option!

Refund Policy
As a non-profit organization, RollaNet can not refund your donation. If you make an annual contribution (which entitles you to dial-in to the preferred modem pool), and for some reason you cancel your account (moved or switched to a commercial Internet Service Provider) your donation will not be refunded. If this is a concern for you, please arrange to make your contributions monthly by debit from your checking account. You can then choose to stop contributing any time you want.

What is RollaNet?
RollaNet provides you an alternative to a commercial service to access the Internet and the World Wide Web. Yes, RollaNet is an Internet Service Provider, delivering services similar to other local providers. However, we are the area s only Community Information Network, providing access to our comprehensive community information, from school lunches to garage sales. As a civic service, RollaNet offers free dial-up accounts for those unable to make a donation.
How We Differ from Other ISPS
RollaNet is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, supported primarily by donations received from its members. These donations support our primary mission and community projects. Because of our non-profit status, donations to RollaNet are tax-deductible for income tax purposes.
Our Community Information Network is enhanced every day by our members, who may add to the local information on organizational activities and calendars, news, tourism, sports, health care, government, shopping, and businesses. Unlike other Internet Service Providers, we are not simply a link to an outside server. RollaNet is composed of area-wide information compiled locally by our members and volunteers. We are your regional resource.
RollaNet is unique in providing free dial-ups for those individuals unable to make a donation.
Our Mission
RollaNet is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) tax exempt, corporation whose mission is three-fold:
To provide the greater Rolla area with a collective repository for local information and access thereto.
To provide leading edge information technology resources for educational, social, and economic development in both the local and global spectrum.
To provide equitable access terminals, free dial-up access to the internet, and coordinated training opportunities.
