The Framingham Treasurer and Tax Collector's office is located in Room 111 inside the Memorial Building (Framingham Town Hall.) The office is responsible forbilling and collecting real estate tax, personal property tax, motor vehicle excise tax, parking ticket fines, water and sewer bills, parking meter receipts, and permits, licenses, and fees. The office is also responsible for overseeing town bank accounts, payment of warrant articles, and payroll to all town, school, and retired employees.
