The Framingham Assessor's office, located in the Memorial Building, sets thevalues on commercial and residential properties. These values are used by the town to set the property tax rate. Abatement applications for properties may also be filed at this office. The Framingham Board ofAssessors meets Thursdays, except the first Thursday of the month and Thursday holidays, from 7pm to 8pm here in Room 101.
