The Framingham Cultural Council is a 25-member board appointed by Selectmen. The board is located in Room B18 in the Memorial Building (Framingham Town Hall.) The Cultural Council oversees grants including PASSgrants which fund cultural field trips for school students. The Council grants money to individuals and groups. Council members serve a three-year term. The Council meets about six times a year, including a public hearing to provide grant application information to residents.
