Dejlah Fruit Marketoffers healthy and varied selection of fruits and halal Middle Eastern groceries, which is great for calorie counters (accept for the ice cream). A local favorite seems to be the many nut mixes housed in a large container in the middle of the store. There's also a refrigerated section in the back that holds perishables such as meat, milk and cheese. Dejlah has been serving the East Dearborn community for the last five years and is open daily.
