Community Services Group, also known as CSG, has been providing community-based mental health care services throughout central and northeastern Pennsylvania since 1972. It provides several outpatient treatment options, including case management, rehabilitation and vocational assistance and partial hospitalization programs. The group provides community residential housing programs for individuals with mental illness. Its outpatient services include psychiatric assessments and medication monitoring; individual, couples, family and group therapies; psychological evaluations; chemical dependency consultations; dual diagnosis treatment; and employee assistance programs. The group offers a day habilitation program for adults with developmental disabilities. It also offers various mental health services for children and adolescents, as well as behavioral health consultation, geriatric care management and elder care services. The group has offices in more than 15 counties in Pennsylvania.
